How do I change my pricing in Manage?

On most machines, when pricing needs to be adjusted, the change needs to happen twice. Once on your machines (which we always recommend doing first), and then on your PayRange BluKey device. This article will guide you through changing your pricing in Manage to ensure the BluKey matches the machine's price. 

Please note: If the BluKey prices are adjusted without making any machine adjustments, this will pose a discrepancy between prices and potentially non-functionality of your BluKey device! 

Changing your prices: 

1. Log into your Operator account. We recommend doing this via a computer for the best result!
2. Navigate to the left-hand side of your screen and select DEVICES.
3. In the drop-down, select LIST.
4. Here you will see all your registered devices.
5. Go to each of your devices by selecting the Device ID. This will open up the device information in a new browser window.
   
   

6. Navigate to the PRICING tab. 

   

7. To make any adjustments, you will need to select the EDIT button. Now you can set the price and pulses. Once completed, select update to save your changes.
