As an Operator, you can add additional users to your Manage Account. Each role within Manage allows varying access levels depending on the Owner’s discretion. This article will outline the types of user roles, their definitions, and their access.

Owner

 

This role allows full access to the Operator account and should be considered the primary administrative role. Anyone with Owner access will be exposed to all parts of the Manage Console, including financial information such as bank account details. This role is the only role that allows the following:

 

• Bank account details, including the ability to add/update information and put payments on hold.

• All information under the Settings section, including the account details under General and the addition/deletion of users.

• Room creation and management.

Manager

 

This role allows the user to manage the devices registered to the account. The following are some examples of what the Manage role capabilities. 

 

• The ability to register devices.

• View device health, edit devices (including pricing), and access to start/complete device transfers.

• Access to the Sales section, including the weekly reports and the My Orders section.

• Ability to add or remove rewards and tags on devices.

• This role allows the user to create offers.

• Ability to enable and manage the Attendant mode, including the initial configuration.

• This role will have no access to the Payment section.

Route Driver

 

This role allows route drivers/technicians access to the devices on their route. Tags must be applied to this user upon creation. The tags on their account must correspond with the tags on the devices decided upon by the Owner. Once created and assigned, Route Drivers will have access to the following: 

 

• Ability to register devices

• The device list that has been assigned by the tags. 

• Management of devices, including editing of devices and device health.

• Ability to create and apply device profiles.

• Room health management

• Transactions made by the devices on their list.

Finance

 

This role grants access to payment and sales data. It's tailored for individuals requiring access to financial records and sales insights. This role will have access to the following section: 

 

• Access to the Sales section, including the weekly reports and the My Orders page.

• Device list access and the ability to create/edit device profiles

• Payment list view, but no access to the bank account details.

• Room health management

• Attendant feature access, including configuration and activity view.

Customer Service

 

This role allows access to parts of the Manage Console related to improving and managing consumer experience, as well as information pertaining specifically to customer transactions, such as sales information and the ability to create offers. However, it is not suitable for users who would like to see device information and/or health. This role will have the following:

 

 

• Access to the Sales section, including the weekly reports and the My Orders page.

• Ability to create and monitor offers.

• Ability to create and edit device profiles.

• Attendant feature access, including configuration and activity view.

Business Operations

 

This role is intended for any operational management of your Operator account. Specifically related to the sales, device, and payment information. This role will have access to the following:

 

• Access to the Sales section, including the weekly reports and the My Orders page.

• Ability to register/edit devices.

• Access to the device transfer section.

• Ability to create and edit device profiles

• Attendant feature access, including configuration and activity view.

• List of payments, but no access to bank account information.

Supervisor

 

This role is traditionally meant for a user who directly manages the devices, not limited to specific tags, and does not deal with the finances or features of the Manage account. This role will have access to the following: 

 

• Ability to register/edit devices

• Device health management 

• Ability to create and edit device profiles

• Room health management

• Ability to start/complete the device transfer process

Distributor

 

This role can create and manage multiple PayRange operator accounts. It is intended for a user outside of your company. For example, if you have a distributor who is setting up devices for your account, then this would be the role to assign. A distributor can also use this role to create new operator accounts for their customers. This role may not apply to your company.

 

Attendant

 

This role is not necessarily a traditional role in Manage. Any of the above can be added as an Attendant if the feature is enabled, however, if an Owner wants to add an individual to participate in the Attendant feature, they would need to be added under this title. An Attendant cannot view any portion of the Manage console.
