On most machines, when pricing needs to be adjusted, the change needs to happen twice. Once on your machines (which we always recommend doing first), and then on your PayRange BluKey device. This article will guide you through changing your pricing in Manage to ensure the BluKey matches the machine's price.
Please note: If the BluKey prices are adjusted without making any machine adjustments, this will pose a discrepancy between prices and potentially non-functionality of your BluKey device!
Changing your prices:
- Log into your Operator account. We recommend doing this via a computer for the best result!
- Navigate to the left-hand side of your screen and select on your DEVICE section.
- In the drop-down, select LIST.
- Once you've navigated to the Device List, you will see all your registered devices. Our recommended best practice is to adjust the pricing one device at a time to ensure accuracy.
- You will then go to each of your devices by selecting the Device ID. Once the Device ID is selected, you will navigate to your Pricing section.
Once you select the device id that you wish to edit, you will navigate to the PRICING tab.
- To make any adjustments, you will need to select the EDIT button. Once completed, you will select the EDIT button once more to save your changes.
Note: The pulses will update automatically once the amount is changed. However, we always make sure to double-check your pulses to ensure that they are correct.
