Offer Types Explained

As an Operator, you can provide your customers with multiple offers. These offers can be customized to your own specific preferences. These offers can be generated from your Operator Account through your PayRange desktop site manage.payrange.com. The type of offers available are listed below:

• Free Purchase Code
• Discount Offer
• Discount Code Offer
• Product Scan Rebate

Free Purchase Code

A Free Purchase code offer is a PayRange coupon code valued at a specific dollar amount you choose. This can be utilized for a free transaction on any of your PayRange devices.

1. Select Create Offer from the Offers drop-down menu.
2. Select Free Purchase from the Offer Type menu and complete all necessary fields.
3. Ensure your Basic Configuration Settings are appropriately filled out.

Notes:

• A user cannot redeem multiple free purchase codes per batch. A new free purchase code must be created if a user needs an additional code.
• If you want the code to be utilized by the same user multiple times, then that number should be set in the second field under Basic Configurations.

Discount Offer

A Discount Offer can be utilized to supply your customers with a certain amount off a purchase. This type of Offer can be used on specific devices or across them all at the Operator's discretion. Your Discount Offer can either be a dollar amount or a percentage.

1. Select Create Offer from your Offers drop-down menu.
2. Select Discount Offer from the Offer Type menu and complete all necessary fields.
3. Decide if you want your Offer to be in Dollar Amount or Percentage
4. Set your Total Budget. Once this budget has been fulfilled, the offer will immediately expire.
5. Assign Tags if you want them only to apply to specific devices.

Notes:

• If you want the Discount Offer to apply to specific devices, you will need to add Tags. These Tags will be entered into the Basic Configurations. Additionally, it MUST be added under the specific Device IDs.

Discount Code Offer

A Discount Code Offer combines the Discount Offer and the Free Purchase Offer. You will give your customers a code that gives them a certain dollar amount or percentage off your items.

1. Select Create Offer from your Offers drop-down menu.
2. Select Discount Code Offer from the Offer Type drop-down menu and complete all necessary fields.
3. Decide if you want your Offer to be in Dollar Amount or Percentage.
4. Ensure your Basic Configuration Settings are appropriately filled out.

Product Scan Rebate

A Product Scan Rebate offer allows customers to receive a specific discount off one or multiple products in your vending machines. Utilizing the UPC on the product will refund that discount to your customer’s PayRange account.

1. Select Create Offer from your Offers drop-down menu.
2. Select Product Scan Rebate from the Offer Type menu and complete all necessary fields.
3. Decide if you want your Offer to be in Dollar Amount or Percentage.
4. Set your Total Budget. Once this budget has been fulfilled, the offer will immediately expire.
5. Enter the specific UPC Codes under Basic Configurations

Notes:

• The UPC must match the UPC Code on the item. Please note whether the UPC is for a specific item or a case of items.
• This code will not be created automatically. A member of our team will have to approve this Offer. Once approved, you will be notified
