Pulling packs across multiple Locations is often handled in Scheduling, but you can also do it here from the Pack All tab.

Working with packs

The packs show individually. The most common step is Submit All, then Print All. You can alter Pack Size amounts for any product before this step.

Load Truck

If pulling product for the entire truck, click the Pack Bins toggle to switch to Load Truck. A notice appears explaining the function.

⚠️ Important: Load Truck does not reduce Warehouse Inventory — only individual Packs do that. However, if the Driver does a Pack on the Mobile App, inventory will diminish even after loading the truck in the Web App. Load Truck also will not include any Pack Size adjustments you made on the Pack screen.

By Case vs. units

After choosing Load Truck, you can load by individual units or by case — tap the By Case option. You can also change the Amount in Truck before printing.
