Locations: View Tab (Planogram)

The Location View screen holds all the details for the machine at the Location — specifically the way a machine looks, or its Planogram.

The view shows the machine layout by Tray and by Coil, with the current Product Name, Sale Price, and Current Stock/Par.

Deleting a Coil

As with the Locations List, there's a delete option (red minus icon). Clicking it brings up a warning.

Warning dialog — "Are you sure you want to permanently delete the coil?"]

⚠️ Warning: Unlike deleting a Location, this is a PERMANENT DELETION of that Coil.

Sale Price alerts

Note: If a Sale Price appears in red, there is a discrepancy between the Sale Price and the Set Price. This is only an alert to warn of a possible pricing discrepancy based on the amount entered for Set Price.

Coil Details

Click a Coil to highlight it and show its details on the right.

  • Coil Name — The name as it appears on the machine.
  • Source Coil — The coil name as it appears in the MDB file. Making coils report correctly is called Column Mapping. If you see "Default Product" entries, contact Vagabond Support and an MRT member can help.
  • Tray ID — Where the tray sits in order in the machine. The top tray is always Tray 1.
  • Par Value — How full the coil should be after a Stock.
  • Coil Capacity — How much product the coil can physically hold.
  • Current Stock — The current amount of product in the coil.
  • Product — The current product in the machine. Use the dropdown to choose a new product from your Warehouse.
  • Sale Price — The amount the product last sold for according to telemetry. Cannot be changed in the system.
  • Set Price — The amount the product should sell for (based on what was keyed in at the machine).

All fields can be edited except Sale Price. Always save your changes with the button at the bottom.
