Transactions

The Transactions report delivers a granular view of activity. Run By Route it looks less detailed than other reports, but drilling in reveals every transaction.

At the Route (and Location) level, each row shows the number of Transactions, the Cost (same as COGS), and Total Revenue. Click into a specific Location to see every transaction.

Transaction detail fields

• Machine — The Location where the transaction took place.
• Transaction ID — Vagabond's ID for the transaction.
• Transactions — Number of transactions represented.
• Total Revenue — Amount collected for the transaction.
• Cost — Cost of Goods Sold for the transaction.
• Date/Time — Timing of the transaction as provided by the Cashless Provider.
• Coil # — Which coil the transaction is associated with.
• Network — Which Cashless Provider supplied the transaction data.
• Product Name — What product is in the coil.
• Product Type — The Product Category as defined in the Warehouse.

This data is used to deplete inventory from coils, show cash and cashless values, and calculate everything used by Vagabond.

Sales Tax Summary

When it's time to report your Sales Tax, the Sales Tax Summary report provides totals for a chosen period based on the Sales Tax set up at each Location.

At each level, the report provides one value: the Sales Tax for that level for the period.

Commission Summary

The Commission Summary report gives totals for Commissions as set in Locations.

At each level, the report provides one value: the total Commissions for that level for the period.

Revenue Share Summary

The Revenue Share Summary report provides totals for Revenue Share amounts set up in Locations.

At each level, the report provides one value: the total Revenue Share for that level for the period.
