Reports in the Web App run with a few simple choices made from the top of the screen.

Steps

  1. Select the Report Type. Choices are grouped by Financial (Net Revenue, Cash & Cashless), Merchandising (Product Efficiency), and Sales (Transactions, Sales Tax Summary, Commission Summary, Revenue Share Summary).

  2. Select a Summary Style for how the data is grouped: My Whole Company, By Route, or By Account. You can dive into greater detail after running the report. Screenshot 2026-07-06 at 12.18.26 PM.png
  3. Choose the period. Pre-defined periods (Week, Month, Quarter) are defined by calendar year (January–December). For a specific range, choose Select a Date Range and pick start/end dates from a calendar.

Greater detail can be accessed by clicking on the name of any individual Route. In this case, we have clicked on Route 2.

⚠️ Note: You can sort on any column by clicking its header. This is true throughout Reports.

Printing

Because reports can be run any time, many users never print them. If you'd like to, use your browser's Print option — the app formats it properly for the page.

Exporting

Export a report to a format you can sort and filter (useful for moving data into an accounting program). Use the Export to CSV option at the top of the screen. CSV is currently the only supported format.
