TrueVend Guarantee: Automatic Refund

When a PayRange equipt vending machine has a drop sensor and the product you selected does not despense, you will receive a TrueVend Guarantee: Automatic Refund.  

See how it looks in your transactions:

The purchase amount will be zero indicating you were not charged and you will see it was a TrueVend Guarantee: Automatic Refund.
