How do I provide my customers a free purchase code or coupon?

You can provide your customers a PayRange coupon code valued at a dollar amount of your choosing. This code can be generated from the PayRange app when in Operator Mode (Quick Refund Code), or multiple codes can be created through your PayRange Operator account (Create Offer).

Creating a Quick Refund Code in the PayRange App:

1. Login as an Operator

2. Select Quick Refund Code

   

3. Set the amount for the code

   

4. Select Create Refund Code

To set up a free coupon code in Manage, follow the below steps:

1. Log into your PayRange account
 

2. Select "CREATE OFFER" from the "OFFERS" dropdown menu

3. Select "FREE PURCHASE" from the "OFFER TYPE" drop down menu and complete the necessary fields.
