After the initial setup of Locations, many users spend more time in Schedules than anywhere else, managing day-to-day operations. It looks complex at first but is simple to use.
Filtering by Route
If you have multiple routes, first filter from All Routes to a specific one using the dropdown in the upper-left. Scheduling one route at a time gives you a shorter, easier-to-manage list.
Note: Locations with a static schedule will always appear on the list.
Filtering by Fill % and Cash
When pulling a schedule for the day, filter to a Fill % and/or Cash amount so the Driver only visits machines that truly need servicing. A good starting point: machines less than 75% full with more than $100 in cash. Remove any machines outside the desired service area and reduce stops to a level the driver can handle. With practice, scheduling takes less than 10 minutes per route.
Mapping the schedule
Once satisfied, click Map Schedule at the top of the map. This plots the route starting at the Warehouse. Show Directions by clicking the arrow in the upper-right; these can be printed for the Driver.
Editing the schedule
Click Edit Schedule above the map any time to make changes. This shows the current Schedule on the right and all other Locations on the left, including those not tied to this route.
Packing the schedule
Once content, use Pack Schedule to pack for the route. This screen works exactly like Locations Pack All, but only pulls the Locations on the current Schedule.
