Do you have more that one PayRange account?

You may have created more than one PayRange account with the different Sign Up Types. This can sometimes cause issues if:

  1. You don't realize you have multiple accounts
  2. You want to use an email or phone number associated with another account

To merge the PayRange accounts:

  • Launch the App
  • Select the hamburger menu
  • Select Contact Us
  • Select Other
  • Select My issue is not listed above
  • Write a brief email that you want to merge accounts
  • Send email
