Do you have more that one PayRange account?
You may have created more than one PayRange account with the different Sign Up Types. This can sometimes cause issues if:
- You don't realize you have multiple accounts
- You want to use an email or phone number associated with another account
To merge the PayRange accounts:
- Launch the App
- Select the hamburger menu
- Select Contact Us
- Select Other
- Select My issue is not listed above
- Write a brief email that you want to merge accounts
- Send email
