There are several reasons why a card can decline including:

  • Spending habits
  • Account balance
  • Expiration date past
  • Address information error
  • Zip code check failure
  • CVC number error
  • Card not active

  • Funding
  • My card keeps declining or I can't register my card
  • Send us an email and we will look at your account
