What is PayRange?

PayRange is the simplest mobile payment solution for machines. You can use your PayRange App to make transactions on a range of machines such as vending machines, amusement machines, laundry washers, dryers and more.

How does PayRange work?

Step 1: Download the free PayRange app.

Step 2: Add funds via credit/debit or Apple Pay.

Step 3: In app, from the available list, find the machine you would like to pay or

Step 4: Open the camera app from your phone and scan the QR code on the machine decal.

Step 5: Swipe to send payment to the machine.

Step 6: You will see the confirmation on your screen once the payment is completed.

Does PayRange use Bluetooth?

Yes, PayRange uses Bluetooth to wirelessly communicate with devices around you to send payments.

What types of cards can I use to fund my account and how?  

PayRange accounts can be funded using all major debit and credit cards including VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Crypto.

Can I view my past PayRange transactions?

Yes. You can see the history of your transactions by going into ‘View Transactions’ from the main menu.

How do I know if PayRange is accepted by a machine? Once you are in-front of the machine and open your app, you will be able to locate the specific machine by swiping left of right. If you don't see it, you will not be able to use PayRange on that specific machine.

How do I add funds to my PayRange account?

You can load your PayRange account through any major credit card, debit card and bank accounts. We also support Apple Pay (for iOS) and Google Pay (for Android devices).

How do I request a transaction refund?

1. Login to the PayRange app.
2. Tap the hamburger menu drop down.
3. Tap view transactions.
4. Tap your purchase then report a problem.
5. Write us a brief message and send an email.
6. A support request will be created, and an agent will reach out to you. 

How do I request a balance refund for the funds that I loaded to my account?

1. Login to the PayRange app.
2. Tap the hamburger menu drop down.
3. Tap Contact Us, then Funding.
4. Select ‘I need my balance refunded.’
5. Write us a brief message and send an email.
6. A support request will be created, and an agent will reach out to you. 

Where do I enter the coupon code provided?

Click on the menu options on the App located on the top left corner. Select Redeem Coupon, enter the coupon code and click Submit.

I didn’t receive my first purchase free. How do use it?

Launch the PayRange App when in front of a machine. Select the machine, tap on the top right (yellow) corner of the machine card where it says ‘Offers.’ Select the ‘first purchase free’ offer, then click the ‘use this offer’ button.

How do I reset my password?

Launch the PayRange App and select ‘Sign In’. Then click ‘Forgot Password?’, enter your email address and you’ll get an email from PayRange with a reset password link.
